Eligible RETURN items may be returned for STORE CREDIT.


Returns must be returned within 30 days of the ship date received. We will not accept any returns after 30 days.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all LuckyLina and product tags attached.

We inspect all Returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a return based on the returned condition.

Defective items or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. If not reported, we can not issue credit.

The shipping carrier and shipping method are your choice, return shipping costs are your (the customer's) responsibility.

(You will receive free shipping with a shipping credit on your next order, see CREDIT CODE description that follows.)

We recommend you track the package, as we are not responsible for items lost by delivery companies.

IMPORTANT: Please include a note in the return package with your name, email address, mailing address, and original invoice number.

If the return is eligible, we'll issue STORE CREDIT that will be in the form of a CREDIT CODE to be applied on your next order.

The CREDIT CODE value will include:

  • The ORIGINAL dollar amount of the purchased item (not including the original shipping cost).
  • An additional $10.00 credit for shipping costs on a new purchase.

Just enter the credit code in the discount code field when you checkout on your next order.

Returns are generally eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We issue you a store credit code as previously described.

However, if your return is intended for purchase of the IDENTICAL item as the original order in a different size, and that IDENTICAL item in a different size is shown as OUT OF STOCK in our store, we offer you the option of a refund on the original purchase price (not including the shipping costs).

Refund requests under the OUT OF STOCK SIZE EXCHANGE policy can be made up to 10 days after we issue you a store credit code for a return. Email us the refund request and if the return is eligible, we will invalidate the store credit code and issue a refund via your original payment method.
